Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services Pelican Plumbing & Drain provides to you. By using this site, requesting service, or agreeing to receive our text messages, you accept them.
Our services
Pelican Plumbing & Drain provides home services in the areas listed on this site. Prices shown here are estimates; the price for your job is the one on the written estimate or invoice we give you. Scheduled appointment times are our best estimate of arrival, and we will tell you if they change.

Text messaging (SMS) program
Pelican Plumbing & Drain sends text messages about the work you have asked us to do: appointment confirmations and reminders, notice that a technician is on the way, estimates, invoices, payment receipts and reminders, and a request for a review after a job is finished.
You give us your mobile number when you request service, book a job, or ask us for an estimate, and we use it to text you about that work. We send these messages until you tell us to stop.
Message frequency varies. You will only receive messages that relate to a job, estimate, or invoice of your own.
Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is never shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us and we will stop sending you text messages. You may also reply CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or END.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

Payment
Invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice. We may apply a late fee where the invoice says so. Deposits, where we ask for one, are applied to the final invoice.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us. Tell us as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate contact and address details, provide safe access to the work area at the agreed time, and tell us about anything on the property that affects the work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. This page is publicly available at all times and never requires an account or a login to read.
