We use it to respond to your request, schedule and carry out the work, send you estimates and invoices, take payment, and keep you informed about the appointment.

Who we share it with

We share it only with the service providers who make this business run — our scheduling and invoicing software, our payment processor, and the messaging providers that deliver our texts and emails — and only so far as they need it to do that work. Text messaging (SMS) program

Pelican Plumbing & Drain sends text messages about the work you have asked us to do: appointment confirmations and reminders, notice that a technician is on the way, estimates, invoices, payment receipts and reminders, and a request for a review after a job is finished.

You give us your mobile number when you request service, book a job, or ask us for an estimate, and we use it to text you about that work. We send these messages until you tell us to stop.

Message frequency varies. You will only receive messages that relate to a job, estimate, or invoice of your own.
